SUMMARY:2026 FICPFM Regional Convenings
DESCRIPTION:Four cities. One movement. \n2026 FICPFM Regional Convenings\nFICPFM is bringing our national network together through four regional convenings in 2026. These gatherings are designed for directly impacted leaders\, organizers\, advocates\, partners\, and community-based organizations to connect\, strategize\, and build collective power across regions. \nRegistration is now open for all four 2026 FICPFM Regional Convenings. Please review the city and date carefully before registering. \n\n2026 Convening Locations\n\n\nRegistration Open \nChicago\, Illinois\nJuly 17 to 19\, 2026 \nFocused on base building\, coalition alignment\, and strengthening relationships across the Midwest. \n\nRegister for Chicago\n \n\n\nRegistration Open \nNashville\, Tennessee\nAugust 21 to 23\, 2026 \nCentered on rights\, civic power\, collective action\, and regional organizing with communities impacted by the criminal legal system. \n\nRegister for Nashville\n \n\n\nRegistration Open \nWashington\, DC\nSeptember 17 to 19\, 2026 \nFocused on policy\, advocacy\, national strategy\, and the power of directly impacted leadership in the nation’s capital. \n\nRegister for Washington\, DC\n \n\n\nRegistration Open \nLas Vegas\, Nevada\nOctober 7 to 9\, 2026 \nFocused on civic engagement\, voter power\, regional strategy\, and activating communities ahead of a critical election season. \n\nRegister for Las Vegas\n \n\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\nThese convenings are designed for: \n\nDirectly impacted leaders\nOrganizers and advocates\nFICPFM network partners\nCommunity-based organizations\nCivil rights and human rights partners\nPeople and families directly impacted by incarceration and conviction histories\nLeaders working across housing\, healthcare\, employment\, voting rights\, reentry\, and criminal legal system transformation\n\n\n\nRegistration Information\nEach regional convening has its own registration page\, ticket options\, hotel information\, and city-specific details. \nRegistering for one convening does not register you for all four. Please make sure you are selecting the correct city before completing your registration. \nRegistration is now open for all four 2026 FICPFM Regional Convenings. \n\n\n\nScholarship Applications\nFICPFM is proud to offer a limited number of need-based scholarships for the 2026 Regional Convenings. \nScholarship applications close on June 8. \nScholarships are intended to reduce financial barriers for directly impacted leaders\, organizers\, advocates\, and community members who would not otherwise be able to attend. Awards may cover registration and hotel accommodations for the convening. Please note that travel is not included. \nBecause space and resources are limited\, priority will be given to directly impacted individuals who have not previously attended an FICPFM convening and who do not have access to organizational funding. \nScholarship recipients are expected to participate fully in the convening experience and contribute meaningfully to the shared work of building power\, strengthening relationships\, and advancing directly impacted leadership. \n\nApply for a Scholarship\n \n\n\n\nTravel and Hotel Information\nTravel and hotel information will be updated by city. Please check each city’s registration page for the most accurate details\, including hotel blocks\, deadlines\, local transportation guidance\, and arrival information. \nHotel room blocks are limited and expected to fill quickly. If a city’s rooming link is not yet available\, registered attendees will receive updates by email when additional lodging information is ready. \n\n\nAccessibility and Support Needs\nFICPFM is committed to creating convening spaces that are as accessible and welcoming as possible. Each registration page will include space for attendees to share accessibility needs\, allergy information\, mobility needs\, and other support requests related to the conference space.
