Power the movement
The Power Circle
A community of steadfast supporters fueling stability, justice, and systems change.

The FICPFM Power Circle is a collective of neighbors, advocates, organizers, and builders who believe that those most impacted by incarceration should not carry the burden of broken systems alone.
Across the country, directly impacted communities continue to navigate the consequences of policies that separate loved ones, limit opportunity, and restrict access to housing, healthcare, employment, and civic participation. The Power Circle exists to ensure that the movement working to change those systems has the stability and resources it needs to grow.
Participation in the Power Circle affirms a simple but powerful idea: lasting systems change is built consistently through proximity, trust, and collective responsibility. Members of the Power Circle stand alongside families, not above them, helping ensure that FICPFM’s work remains grounded, responsive, and durable.
Your annual contribution directly supports FICPFM’s pivotal work advancing reentry, family reunification, economic stability, civic engagement, and long-term criminal legal system reform.

The Power Circle in Practice
This is not about hierarchy. It is about consistency.
When people invest in directly impacted leadership, the movement grows stronger.
When the movement grows stronger, families and communities grow stronger.
The Power Circle helps ensure that FICPFM remains grounded, responsive, and accountable as it builds toward lasting systems change.
Your support is not a one-time act. It is part of a collective commitment to building something that lasts.
