As part of the FICPFM's "50 for 50" initiative, celebrating our Executive Director David Ayala’s 50th birthday, we recognize our network's invaluable contributions to our collective mission. This initiative and organizations like WIN Recovery share a common goal: to support and elevate the voices of all directly impacted by the criminal legal system. Donate here.
The Formerly Incarcerated, Convicted People and Families Movement (FICPFM) is thrilled to spotlight WIN4Recovery in our Quest for Democracy (Q4D) network. As a beacon of hope and transformation, WIN4Recovery has been pivotal in supporting women and the LGBTQ2S+ community reentering society upon reentry.

Empowering Lives Through Support and Advocacy
Founded in 2015 by Bethany Little, WIN4Recovery has made significant strides in aiding those transitioning from incarceration. Through their dedicated work, they have opened four homes since 2019, providing a nurturing environment for personal growth and recovery. WIN4Recovery’s commitment to offering long-term housing, alongside vital resources for housing, employment, and education, aligns perfectly with the values and goals of FICPFM’s Q4D initiative.
Building Community and Fostering Leadership
WIN4Recovery not only aids in reentry but also cultivates leadership. Their team, primarily composed of individuals with lived experiences of incarceration, is a testament to the power of community-driven change. Their focus on advocacy, particularly in fighting discrimination in employment, housing, and parental rights, marks them as a leader in the movement for justice reform.
